I think my husband and I are approaching the fifth year here. We still feel like we have stumbled into the best kept secret in town. The urban lifestyle is right up my alley. The bones of the factory setting speak for themselves and so the sense of pride to be able to wake up every day to the high ceilings and brick and huge windows giving way to such a much even larger space that it even is, is immeasurable. The urban lifestyle yet amenities on campus is perfect and the staff are wonderful people and we couldn’t be happier. Still. :)

So far we’ve been here about a week, it’s been wonderful. We love having the gym so close and the lofts themselves are. BEAUTIFUL! Everyone is so friendly. We feel lucky to be here.

So great! Love the gym and the outside area by the pool is very nice to do work around when it is warm outside! Hoping to see the movie theater soon!

Living at the lofts has definitely been a heightened lifestyle experience. It provides wonderful amenities and has a kind and helpful staff. Everyone living here is always so friendly and we love how many furry friends we meet as well. This is definitely a gem to have found in Greenville!

The management team is terrific, the apartments quiet and comfortable. The grounds are nice and the lake with a resident blue heron is a great bonus. Onsite-access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail is awesome!

We love living at the lofts. The neighbors are great and all the furry friends are even better. I love my easy commute to work, closeness to downtown, and easy access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Life is great at the Lofts. Updated facilities make life more enjoyable and keeps us safe. Maintenance issues are fixed promptly and efficiently.

I love the amenities and the beautiful property. Both gyms are fantastic and I enjoy not having to drive to workout. The windows are fantastic and my plants love all the bright light they receive!

It's been great! Love the proximity to Swamp Rabbit Trail which is great for running and getting to shops. I also love the pool area to study and see the kittens!

Love the Lofts! Love the staff (amazing). Love all the amenities. And love all my neighbors. I always recommend the Lofts when speaking to people looking for places to live. This space is well maintained and that makes it a beautiful place to live.

My husband and I are going into our fourth year here and continue to discover more reasons to be happy about our decision to pick this place. Yesterday was a beautiful fall day, so I had a nice walk around the property to enjoy the entire energy of this fabulous place we call home.
