Monaghan Mill, now known as The Lofts of Greenville, was a textile mill that operated from 1900 to 2001 in Greenville, South Carolina. Founded by Lewis and Thomas Parker, it became a major industrial site producing textiles and housing a vibrant mill village with amenities like schools, a YMCA, and recreational teams. After its closure, the mill fell into decline, but in 2004, it was repurposed into loft-style apartments while preserving its historic industrial architecture. The property, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, reopened in 2006 as The Lofts of Greenville, offering modern living spaces with unique features such as exposed brick, high ceilings, and large windows.
