The Lofts office hours are Monday- Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Lofts offers services such as routine maintenance, acceptance of parcels on your behalf, and some office functions (fax, scan, etc.). You can also reserve our film screening room, model apartment, storage units, hand truck, and 10-foot ladder here. Conveniently located near the loading dock doors at the rear of the building, residents can use our car wash area at any time. Our recycling station is located near the center of the building. For the cycling enthusiast, bicycle storage is located both inside the storage unit area and in a covered room just outside the building.   • Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. This includes common areas inside and out of the building. We all like time to rest and relax!
  • PLEASE clean up after your pets inside the building and outdoors. This will keep the property pristine.
  • Absolutely NO GLASS or PETS inside the pool gates at any time. This includes plates, jars, bottles, etc. This is enforced by DHEC.
  • Hanging anything from a sprinkler pipe in your apartment or any common area is a direct violation of fire code and you could be fined.
  • If you lock yourself out or have a maintenance emergency please call 864-232-0850.
  • Report any leaks immediately to the office.
  • If you have pest problems, let us know ASAP! Pest control is covered by us with the exception of pests you, your guests, or your pets brought in as determined by our pest control company.
  • If you can’t make it to the office during our business hours, there is a drop box for rental checks, etc., in the pool vestibule area (where the restrooms are located).
  • There is no need to put your rental check in an envelope. We’ll gladly accept them without one.
  • The ladders or hand trucks you may find in the hallways are for maintenance. If you need to borrow a hand truck or ladder, we have them in the office.
  • Doors should never be propped open unless you are actively moving.
  • The Loading Zone is 30 minute parking, unless you are actively moving.
  • Park in a parking spot. Make sure you don’t park in employee parking located between the office and the trash compactor. You will be towed.
  • If you don’t plan on moving your vehicle for days, please park by the pond or by the recreational vehicles near the pool.
  • If you get a new vehicle or change your license plate, please update your information with the office immediately. This could prevent your car from being towed in an emergency.
  • Please don’t leave trash, shoes, or other belongings outside your door.
  • Do not leave your trash sitting anywhere. Please make sure it makes it to the trash compactor or recycling bins.
  • Nothing should ever be thrown out the windows. Not only could this damage pipes above/under the ground or break someone’s window below yours, it could land on someone’s head!
  • Do not throw cigarette butts into the pine straw or out your window. This is a major fire hazard! You will be fined.
  • Please don’t smoke in any common area inside the building.
  • PLEASE don’t push the elevator buttons with your feet; it breaks the buttons and leaves shoe prints!
  • No one is allowed on any roof or in the basement except for the storage unit area and the loading dock. Please don’t climb on the water tower, in the smoke stack, or on/up any other erected structure.
  • Fire pit availability is first come first served. Please clean up after yourself. Do not use the edges of the fire pit as leverage to break limbs. The rock will break.
  • Residents and supervised guests are allowed to fish in the ponds. Catch and release only. Do not ingest anything from the ponds.
  • No jumping, bouncing, or explosive movements are permitted on elevators. If the elevator has to be reset from this you will be responsible for the charge.
